The “7600 Redondo Circle Industrial Project” in Huntington Beach is going to replace Reliable Wholesale Lumber with industrial buildings (two warehouses totaling 185,912 sf on a ~9.59-acre site).
Community Concerns: The community has various concerns of how this major project will adversely affect the neighborhood.
